BANGKIT
COLLECTIVE (SA0116183-V) is an art collective formed in 2006 by a group of 5 people; young
designers from various background and company all over Malaysia. Bangkit are a
team of digital art lover and always produce digital artworks to be displayed
and sold on art events.
Bangkit came
out with an idea to sell our artworks in a form of a t-shirt since t-shirts
have larger interests in the public. Since then Bangkit have oversold more than
thousands of our t-shirts on events that Bangkit participate. The audience then
grew larger by the help of myspace, and now Bangkit have been covered in
UTOPIA, JUNK magazine, KLUE magazine and came out twice on TV3.
Bangkit had
sponsored tshirt n backdrop for ‘Kami TV Series’ which was telecasted by 8tv
and also ‘Kami - The Movie’.
